As you step into this fully renovated condo, you're instantly welcomed by stunning beach views that draw your eye straight through to the private balcony. To your left, the updated kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, gorgeous dark blue cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a coastal-inspired backsplash to add to the ambiance throughout the space. The open concept kitchen features ample space and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and snacks. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining and living areas, all set against the stunning backdrop of Madeira Beach.

Off to the right is the half bathroom with a sink and toilet, and the full laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Further into the condo, you’ll find a dining area with seating for four, and a cozy, comfortable living room featuring a chaise sectional with three reclining seats. For added convenience, there's a smart TV and a queen-size chest bed equipped with a plush 6-inch mattress, perfect for extra guests.

The master suite offers sweeping views of the beach and Gulf from every corner of the room. It features a king-size bed, private balcony access, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks, a lighted vanity mirror, and a tub/shower combination- perfect for both quick rinses and relaxing soaks.

This condo comes stocked with towels and linens for your stay, wifi, some basic beach gear, and beach towels for four people.

This complex sits directly on the beach, placing you just steps away from the soft sugar sand and the shimmering waters of the Gulf. You’re also just a few steps from the beachfront community pool and relaxing hot tub.

Right across Gulf Boulevard, you'll find a variety of shops filled with restaurants, bars, local boutiques, convenience stores, ice cream shop, and even a full sized grocery store.
