Welcome to La Puerta Del Sol, a peaceful retreat nestled on Isla del Sol in sunny St. Pete, Florida! This tranquil community is perfectly positioned between two vibrant destinations—the pristine sugar sand beaches of St. Pete Beach and the lively, culture-rich downtown St. Petersburg.

Upon entering this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo you are greeted by a view of the water and the feeling of home. The guest room and bathroom are off to the left, and the living room, kitchen, dining room and private balcony. The primary suite is tucked away at the back of the condo for added privacy. The ultra-comfortable living room features a spacious reclining leather sofa and a large smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach—all set against a stunning waterfront backdrop. Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats six comfortably, making it ideal for meals or game nights. The fully updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes, and a full-sized washer and dryer add extra convenience to your stay. 

Off to one end is the guest bedroom complete with a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. The updated guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The expansive master suite is a true retreat, boasting a large picture window with stunning water views, a plush king-sized bed, and a dedicated desk/workspace. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes double sink vanities, a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet—and yes, even water views from the sinks!  Step out onto your private screened balcony to enjoy the Florida weather and coastal breeze- all bug free thanks to the screens! From this peaceful perch, you’ll enjoy views of the Gulf’s vibrant wildlife and open skies. There are constantly fish, sea birds, dolphins, and the occasional manatee sighting. There is nothing like drinking your morning coffee or happy hour beverage while watching dolphin play or feed!

 La Puerta Del Sol sits directly on Boca Ciega Bay, offering peaceful waterfront views, frequent dolphin and manatee sightings, and breathtaking sunsets throughout the community. Enjoy access to a heated bayside pool and hot tub, a community grill area with tiki umbrellas, tables, and lounge chairs, as well as a clubhouse and charming waterfront gazebos. You're perfectly situated—about 10 minutes from vibrant downtown St. Pete, where you’ll find the St. Pete Pier, world-class museums, beautiful parks, hundreds of diverse dining options, and buzzing nightlife. Or head 6 minutes in the other direction to St. Pete Beach, where calm Gulf waters and endless sugar sand await.

There is only ONE parking space available for this condo.
The facility does not allow parties or events.
There is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules.
Pets are NOT allowed.
For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
Please note, There is an application guests must fill out, and 30 day notice is required for us to submit paperwork to the association. No exceptions.

This unit sleeps 4 people total. That number includes adults, children, and infants.
