This ground-floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully refurnished with stunning coastal touches throughout. Upon entering, you're welcomed by a spacious wraparound screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a large patio table, comfortable sectional seating, and an electric grill.

The open-concept main living area features a completely renovated, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and everything you need to cook with ease—including both drip and Keurig coffee makers, a tea kettle, crockpot, Ninja blender, and ample counter space. Right beside the kitchen, the dining table expands to comfortably seat up to eight guests. Just beyond, the spacious and inviting living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, along with a large smart TV for relaxing evenings in. Enjoy views of the water from the entire main living space!
Step out from the living room onto the large wrap around screened-in patio to unwind and take in beautiful waterfront views. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including seabirds, fish, and even the occasional dolphin or manatee passing by.

Bedroom one features one queen sized bed, a closet, dresser, and smart TV. It also has access to the jack and jill bathroom that connects the two guest bedrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a beautiful waterfront view from the large picture window and has a king sized bed, closet, two dressers, large smart TV and a desk. It has access to the second bathroom in the condo as well.

Both bathrooms feature a large walk in shower, double sink vanity, and a bidet.

In the hallway in a brand new full sized washer and dryer for your convenience! Enjoy staying connected with free WIFI throughout the condo. There are also 8 beach chairs, beach towels, some beach toys, and a beach wagon for you to enjoy to make your stay even better.

This gated community has two heated pools on the property with plenty of lounge chairs and tables, waterfront walk ways and piers, and is located in a super convenient and walkable area! The closest beach access is approximately 0.3 of a mile (7-10 minute walk). There are numerous restaurants, shops, mini golf, ice cream, etc within a 5-10 minute walk from this unit as well, not to mention a grocery and liquor store, dollar store, and convenient store just around the corner.

John's Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk is just 2 miles away, and world-renowned Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 is just 14 miles away for more fun!

Also- there is a library across the street, plus R.O.C park with another fishing pier, grassy field, more waterfront walkways, baseball/softball fields, basketball court, tennis court, and a playground- not to mention the frequent events that happen there!

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
There are two exterior cameras on the property for the homeowners security.
This unit sleeps 8 people total (this number includes adults, children, and infants).
7 Day notice is required by the Association, and paperwork is required.
