Oceanside 402

It is only a few weeks since the hurricanes but this property was in good shape both inside and out. Pool and spa were open and the beach was in good shape. Restaurants are opening. Plenty to do.

Our stay at Oceanside 402 was absolutely wonderful! To begin with it is decorated very beautifully in peaceful ocean vibes but not tacky at all. The bedrooms are large with ample closet space (master has a walk in). Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of quality pillows. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities and a few extras that made our trip go much smoother. There is also a few extras I found as the week went along including some playing cards, several books for reading, some puzzles and games. The balcony is huge and the view is absolutely amazing. I wish I was sitting out there now with my cup of coffee. The only real problem we had was the balcony door is a bit hard to open and close, overall that is small compared to how wonderful everything else was. Honestly it is almost perfect!

We had a great stay at this property. Condo was clean and very accommodating for 2 adult couples. Location was great and within walking distance to good restaurants for dinner and breakfast. The view is hard to beat. Would definitely rent again.

Great experience. Really nice, clean condo in great location in Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful view of Gulf and sunsets. Easy beach access and really nice pool. very comfortable for two couples or family. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

We just had an extended stay at Oceanside in Indian Rocks Florida during the week of Christmas. First the owner Ms. Elliott was easy to reach, and her response was swift. The unit was a (2) bedroom (2) bathroom condo directly on the beach. The condo was easily accessible from the highway, and on the main beach drive near various restaurants and shops. Great for walking, biking, and nightlife for the entire family. Our condo was well stocked with towels, blankets, cookware, and it was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the living room furniture looked like it was new.

Second, the condo is ideal for families who just want to unwind and let the waves of the gulf rock you to sleep take your mind off daily duties. Great sunrises, and sunsets, and the beach was densely populated during the Christmas break. For those who want to be more adventurous Tampa is about a 30-minute drive for southern cuisine and additional family fun. Honestly, you can find all you need in Indian Rocks (I.R.) Indian Shores, or Clearwater. Parking was tight especially for those with large SUVs like mine. In short, I. R. is a slice of heaven and the whole bldg. is quiet during the day or night. Would we return to this location; most definitely. The only challenge we had was the guest bedroom has no windows, and the master is not ocean view. However, for the location and price, you cannot beat it. We have fond memories of Oceanside. Mr. Blakey

Our stay at Oceanside #402 went smoothly from time of rental to checkout. Communication and instructions were clear and timely. The condo itself was in a perfect location. You can park the car and walk to everything you need! Not to mention the awesome views and great beach!!

Check in and check out was a breeze. The binder in the unit is helpful. The view is gorgeous. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were great, I did not wake up with a sore back like I do in most places. The water pressure was perfect. If I could suggest anything, it would be deeper pockets on the sheets so they don’t come off and I would suggest a few sugar packets in the cabinet. The unit is within walking distance to several fun things and great food.

Great experience -- condo is clean and nice. The location is perfect. We'll be back!

Condo is immaculate! Condo is very clean and fully stocked! We loved that it’s within walking distance to numerous delicious restaurants, ice cream, shopping, and beach rentals. We really wouldn’t have had to rent a car! Indian Rocks Beach may be my new favorite place. It’s quaint, low key, and filled with friendly people. It get safe to walk around day or night which was great because we loved going to all the live music up and down the road. I highly recommend this condo as its exceptionally clean, easy check in and check out, quiet, and overlooks a beautiful beach. So glad I chose this condo for a week stay! Thank you!

Oceanside 402 is a very clean, updated condo with a comfortable, beachy feeling. The description & photos are accurate and the balcony is as welcoming as it looks. Within walking distance of many restaurants and businesses and a great beachfront for long walks. This was my first visit to the area and I definitely want to go back and would love to stay in the same unit.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. We loved watching every sunset from the balcony or from the beach steps away. We enjoyed several attractions, restaurants, and down time that was a perfect beach get-a-way for us.

I spent 7 days at Oceanside with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters (5 & 1).
The condo was clean, spacious, and had an updated kitchen with plenty of storage and an ice-maker(refrigerator) that had no trouble keeping up! The kids had plenty of room n the owner suite for them, two granddaughters, and their associate luggage. The guest bedroom had more than enough space for my wife and me.
The owners seemed to have thought of everything. There were extra shower towels, extra beach towels, a cooler, a tote bag for carrying "stuff" to the beach, and we really appreciated the beach chairs and the umbrella being available to use.
The views from the balcony are fantastic! Plenty of great photos of the amazing sunsets.
We were within walking distance of a couple of fun restaurants.
One note (outside the control of the condo owner) was the gate from the pool to the beach was broken four of the days we were there. We had to access the beach via 1st Ave. Less convenient, but not a spoiler.
This is certainly a place in which I would stay again!

Everything was top notch. Supplies were ample, which was greatly appreciated so we did not have to spend excessively for supplies. In unit laundry a godsend. Beds comfy, plenty of towels, layout of unit spacious. Terrific view & location. Saw dolphins and observed marking of turtle nests throughout week.

Excellent experience overall. She was a pleasure to work with from the initial reservation to the final check out. She even delivered us an umbrella during the week. Balcony is wonderful for meals and sunset views, rooms are large, smart TV for binging if you want. Close to many restaurants.

loved our 10 day stay in this condo. It was very clean with new furniture . it looked just like the pictures. Had everything we needed for our stay. Having breach chairs, umbrella and towels was a big plus as we flew in and couldn't bring those items with us. Had good experience with Long Key Rental. Check in was seamless with good instructions. View from balcony couldn't be beat. Area is nice with no high rises. This time of the year beach was pretty empty. Restuarants are walkable distance. Short distance to Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Property is as advertised. Well apportioned unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Kitchen and living area are the heart of the unit with views of the Gulf. Bed rooms are large and comfortable. 2 baths and laundry provided additional comfort and convenience. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and space.
Property Manager (Sue from Long Key Vacation Rentals) was terrific. She was super responsive, helpful and kind. Would highly recommend working with her and her company.
If you’re looking for an awesome beach get away, this is a great place. It’s right in the heart of IRB and convenient to beach shops, restaurants, and stores. Grocery store is a very short drive. Mini golf, John’s Pass, Clearwater Beach are all short drives away...only if you’re looking to change it up. Otherwise, there is no need to leave this beautiful ocean front condo.

the property was very nice; I recommend that the complex move to all key pad entries to all units and to the beach and pool. This would eliminate the need for keys. When you have multiple people staying in a unit; one key is not sufficient for entry or for the pool/ beach. We were fortunate that our unit was a key pad; however; others that stayed in the complex did not. It was an issue with going to the pool and beach for our unit with only one key. We have stayed at other resorts that have provided key pad access to the pool and beach and it made is so much more convenient.

Nice unit that was very clean. No major complaints. Sort of strangle that there wasn't a restroom near the pool was probably the biggest complaint. Pool furniture could use some attention.

We had the absolute best time at this unit, my family loved every minute we got to spend here! It was perfect for my boys to fish on either the Gulf of the intercoastal right across the street, and the unit had all the beach gear we needed to relax on the beach. Perfect location and it seemed a bit more quite than other areas of IRB, which we loved. The unit itself and the view was gorgeous and super clean- which I'm really picky about. We hope to have another staycation here next year!!

IRB is the perfect place to social distance during a pandemic. Oceanside is a beautiful complex with all the amenities you need within walking distance. The stretch of beach is never crowded and the water is always perfect. Sue at Long Key was great to work with. The contact less check-in process was awesome and Sue was always available to answer questions. I've worked with various rental companies over the years and this has been our best experience!

Our stay at Ocean Side 402 was amazing from start to finish. Sue was a great partner in pulling the trip together and checked in along the way. The condo has everything you could possible need as well as an amazing view of the ocean!! I would highly recommend the condo and you will not be disappointed.
