Welcome to Serendipity, located at Beachside Villas Condos! This small complex is conveniently situated on the beachside of Gulf Blvd- less than a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous sugar sand beaches Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. Plus, enjoy being a short walking distance to numerous restaurants so you can truly savor all of your IRB favorites!

Thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, this condo features a coastal vibe throughout the entire space with all of the comforts from home you could need for a beach vacation! Enjoy an open concept living room, in unit laundry, a side view of the beach, a heated pool, and more. This condo features a side view of the beach from the living room and balcony.

Enjoy the convenience of two assigned parking spaces, one uncovered, and one covered just steps from the condo's front door. There is one flight of stairs up to the second level where this condo is situated (please note, there is no elevator at this complex). Upon entering, both bedrooms and bathrooms are located towards the front of the home. The primary suite is first and has a king sized bed, smart TV, walk in closet, dresser, and private attached bathroom. This private attached primary bathroom has been beautifully renovated with a walk in shower, single sink vanity, and built in vanity light.

Further in is the second bathroom which has been renovated with a large vanity and tub/shower combo. Next to the second bathroom is the second bedroom which features a twin over full bunk bed, built in dresser, and smart TV.

The main living area has an open concept layout- perfect for relaxing with your whole family with space for everyone to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook up your favorite meals and snacks to bring to the beach or have dinner on the balcony! There is bar stool seating off the kitchen, and a 4 seat dining table right beside the kitchen for your convenience, too.

The comfortable and cozy living room has a plush section, additional seating, a large smart TV, and access to the balcony with a side view of the beach.

Enjoy the luxuries of home like in unit laundry, free high speed internet, beach gear and wagon, and more! Don't forget to bring your favorite best friend- one well behaved dog 20 lbs. and under is permitted with a pet addendum and a non-refundable pet fee (sorry, no cats!).

Spend your days exploring all that beautiful Pinellas County has to offer! You’re just a short drive from Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, dozens of gorgeous beaches, parks, playgrounds, museums, and charming local towns waiting to be discovered. Prefer a relaxing day? Lounge by the heated pool, take in the nightly sunsets, or stroll to one of the many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream spots, and local shops—all within about a 10-minute walk or less! With so much right outside your door, you can enjoy a fantastic vacation without even needing a car!

For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
